Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take pictures?

Audio and video recording is prohibited, unless authorized by TPWO management in advance. Flash is always prohibited.

How long is a typical performance?

It varies, but most of our concerts are 60 - 90 minutes. The longer concerts usually have a 10-minute intermission.

What should I wear?

You should feel comfortable. Most people will be dressed in business casual.

Can I bring my cell phone?

Patrons carrying cell phones, alarm watches and/or electronic paging devices are requested to turn them off before entering the performance space.

What time do I need to arrive?

Tickets go on sale an hour before the performance. The house opens 30 minutes prior to the performance. Please allow ample time to find parking for our performances located Weber Music Hall.

Can I buy tickets in advance?

At this time, we do not pre-sell tickets.

When is the box office open?

Tickets go on sale 1 hour before the performance.

When will I be seated if I’m late?

As a courtesy to performers and audience members, late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. Generally, this will be between pieces.
